Jay-Z is back in the studio working on album 3, which in a radio interview he has confirmed will be called Blueprint 3. During the interview he also confirmed that he will not be working only with Timbaland, but the who’s who of the industry on any beat he is feeling. Of the Album he offered;

“I gotta make the best product,” he said regarding producers and how they feel if a song doesn’t make the album.”That doesn’t depend on anyone’s feelings. We’re in there to do a job. It’s about getting the best results; it’s not about my ego or their ego.”

The fussy nature of Jigga to create a product that lives up to both his hype and expectations should no doubt lead to countless internet albums full of the tracks that didn’t make the cut. While Crumpet thinks calling it the Blueprint 3 is risky, Blueprint a classic, Blueprint 2 largely average,  we eagerly await the finished product.
